best time for Taiwan holiday

Spring is from Which month to which month? Autumn is from which month to which month? Which month we should not go Taiwan?
I would say the best time is late Autumn, probably November. The weather has cooled down a bit (but is not cold) and it’s usually fairly dry that time of year. Also, there are no major holidays at that time, so prices should be reasonable and things won’t be so crowded (well, things are always kinda crowded here but some times are worse than others). Early spring, around March, can also be good, but it tends to rain a lot. As someone has already mentioned, summer is HOT. Plus schools are off, so tourist sights get jam packed. The other time to avoid is Chinese New Year (it changes based on the lunar calendar, but usually around the end of January and beginning of February). Everyone is on vacation, so flights are much more expensive and many businesses completely shut down. Also, remember the interior of the island is generally cooler than the coast, so much of it depends on what you will be doing. Enjoy!!!

  3. Springs months are April-May.
    Fall is from Sep-Oct.

Airfare drops during November but gets expensive again in December.

    Summer is very very hot.

  5. Well, the period to avoid will be the typhoon period, typically from Jun till Sept. Apr/May on is hot already. The other months will be cooler then. Taiwan have quite mild winter, so will not be a problem to travel around. There are different sights in different parts of Taiwan, from the seaside resort in southern Taiwan, to the cities in mid-taiwan, the Central mountainous region, and the modern north, tranquil east. So plan yor itinerary.

  6. It's best to go in winter time about Nov-Dec cos hot spring is extremely popular in taiwan. It's good for health and price reasonable than Japan!! It's a good time to go becos you can visit the night market and taste the taiwanese hotpot under such a weather. Good luck!
